The Feelings Cycle
The Feelings Cycle thoughtmap and process empower you to notice the survival-purpose Feelings Pattern you are trapped inside of and doomed to repeat until you escape it. While your are trapped in your Feelings Cycle, you are not truly alive, not truly present, not truly able to relate or connect. Your Feelings Cycle patterns replace Living with a desperate set of survival patterns.
Your particular pattern of ignoring or amplifying and repeating certain feelings patterns is a central driver for your Survival Strategy. You will remain stuck there until you perceive yourself generating your patterns.
Your Emotional Body feels all 4 Feelings (anger, sadness, fear, and joy) in some combination of higher or lower intensities about everything, always. What you do with this clear and useful information is another matter.
Your Survival Strategy has intentions of its own that depend on your culture and times.
The Feelings Cycle Process is an authentic Adulthood initiation that has the power to extract you from your Survival Strategy and free you into the world to deliver the services of your Archetypal Lineage to your village.

Feeling Cycle Process
Everyone has a pattern of emotional reaction, jumping from one emotion (anger, sadness, fear or joy) to the next, or mixing them without feeling all four feeling unmixed. An experience and communication is complete when you feel all four feeling unmixed about one experience. During the Feeling Cycle Process, you start bringing awareness to your emotional reaction pattern. It is also a fantastic process to learn how to consciously feel a low and medium intensity of all four feelings to have completed experience and communication.
Low Drama is kept alive through the Emotional Cycle. The Path of Evolution opens up within the complete Feeling Cycle. The Path of Evolution is a learning spiral, it has no end. Similarly to the Feeling Cycle, you move and dance from one feeling to the next, and the next and the next, the information and energy keep pouring into your 5 bodies and your life.
The pattern of emotion can be such as:
- Bouncing back and forth between fear and sadness, which creates despair and isolation. The way out is through authentic anger.
- Bouncing back between fear and anger, which creates a form of hysteria, rapidity, missing the sadness for connection and the joy for celebration and completion.
- Bouncing between anger and sadness, and creating depression. The way out is through feeling conscious fear.
Hint: you cannot force a client to feel a feeling, you can only guide them and coach them to stretch the sensation. If they ‘fall back’ into their familiar feeling, let them stretch these one too. What you are holding space for is for them to grow awareness of the back and forth which knocks them unconscious.
In pairs, one spaceholder, one client. Each client gets about 15-18min to go through the Feeling Cycle.
Client, start anywhere on the cycle, take the first biggest feeling, then let the pattern unfold. Notice the usual pattern. Then start over and try to go through the complete cycle twice.
